1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Atlas Algo website (atlasalgo.io), Discord community, trade signal service, or any associated platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and users of the Service. Atlas Algo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Not Financial Advice — Informational Purposes Only

Atlas Algo is an algorithmic trade signal and analytics platform. All content, signals, alerts, performance data, commentary, and any other information provided through the Service is for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing provided by Atlas Algo constitutes:

• Financial advice or investment advice
• Trading advice or recommendations
• Legal, tax, or accounting advice
• A solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument
• A guarantee of any specific outcome or profit

Atlas Algo is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner under U.S. federal or state law, including but not limited to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or the Commodity Exchange Act. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or registered with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, or any other regulatory body.

You should always consult a qualified, licensed financial professional before making any trading or investment decisions.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading futures contracts involves a substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. The following risks apply to futures trading and use of this Service:

• Futures markets are highly volatile and prices can move rapidly against your position
• Leverage amplifies both gains and losses and can result in losses exceeding your account balance
• Past performance of any signal, strategy, or algorithm is not indicative of future results
• Algorithmic signals may be incorrect, delayed, or fail to execute as intended
• Market conditions, liquidity, slippage, and execution costs may significantly impact results
• Technology failures, internet outages, or system errors may cause missed signals or incorrect data

Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely. Do not trade with borrowed money, retirement funds, or funds needed for essential living expenses.

4. Performance Data & Simulated Results

Performance figures, win rates, profit/loss data, and other metrics displayed on this site and in our Discord may include simulated or paper trading results unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Simulated trading results have inherent limitations:

• Simulated results are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading
• They do not account for real-world factors such as slippage, liquidity, commissions, or market impact
• Actual results may differ materially from simulated results
• The ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading strategy despite losses is material and may adversely affect actual trading results

Atlas Algo makes no representation that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

5. Subscription & Payment Terms

Access to premium features of the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe
• You authorize Atlas Algo to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled
• Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time
• Atlas Algo reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Refunds are issued at Atlas Algo's sole discretion and are not guaranteed

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas Algo, its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses, financial losses, or damages of any kind arising from use of the Service
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in trade signals or performance data
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Service
• Any decisions made by users based on information provided through the Service
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

In no event shall Atlas Algo's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Atlas Algo does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Trade signals will be accurate, timely, or profitable
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components

8. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction
• You understand the risks of futures trading and are trading with money you can afford to lose
• You will not redistribute, resell, or share paid signal content with non-subscribers
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make

9. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, strategies, branding, and materials provided through the Service are the intellectual property of Atlas Algo and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Service content without express written permission.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Atlas Algo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Atlas Algo.
